Shipping & Return Policy
An additional shipping cost will be charged to the buyer for every purchases made ಥ‿ಥ.
Unfortunately refunds are not available. As a small business selling handmade items, I am unable to offer exchange or refund for lost packages or any change of mind.
Please note that once your items have been sent to a courier and dispatched, LilyandMercy will no longer be responsible for any damage or loss that might occur during transit. I try my best to pack your orders as safely as possible, but at times postal services aren’t as mindful. Please email me so we can figure something out.
Exchange Policy
Due to all my items being handmade, I am fully aware that sometimes there are unavoidable oopsies along the process. (/; w ;)\
On certain occasions—but not all the time—I may be able to offer an exchange for another product of the same price and materials. Please keep in mind that this isn't always possible, as all products are judged on a case-by-case basis.
When this does happen to you, please kindly send me an email regarding the issue, and I will do my best to find a solution or an alternative with you :)
